Hello, it looks like your order is still processing. 

Our shipping team is working on packaging, shipping, and labeling from Monday-Thursday from 9am to 5pm.  

If you made an order before 2PM on a weekday there is a good chance that it will be sent out the same day.  

If you made an order on Thursday after 2PM or Saturday/Sunday, your order will be sent out asap on Monday Morning. 

We do observe national holidays and pause our shipping services and customer support during those times as well.
